Greetings to all!  

 

Due to popular demand, Alzahra University's English Department will be hosting the second round of the teacher education course entitled “Integrating Technology with English Language Teaching” (IT-ELT2019) 


Aiming at the individual and professional development of English language teachers who would like to integrate technology with their classroom instruction, this online course provides ample opportunities for online delivery of lessons, hands-on practices, collaborative projects, and reflective discussions. By the end of this course, the participants are expected to gain competency in the proper use of technology in English language teaching, awareness of issues influencing technology use, and much more.


Integrating Technology with English Language Teaching (IT-ELT2019) will be held during the summer holidays, from the 20th of Tir to the 7th of Shahrivar, 1398 (July 11 to August 29, 2019) for the duration of 14 sessions (28 hours).  (Participants affiliated with Alzahra University are granted a 25% discount.) Further information regarding course themes, schedule, certification, and registration are provided in the attached flyer and poster.

Since the first session is scheduled for Thursday, Tir 20th, 1398 (July 11, 2019), 9:00 to 11:00 am local time, the deadline for initial registration is Monday, Tir 18, 1398 (July 9, 2019).  Due to limited registration, we will be adopting a first-come, first-served policy.
